Anxiety, Depression and Panic Attacks Go Hand in Hand

Anxiety, Depression and Panic
Anxiety, Depression and Panic Attacks are a nuisance. I can't tell you how many times, I've left a full shopping cart at the checkout or in the middle of the store because I had to get out. There was no reason, nothing happened it's just this feeling that comes over you that if you don't you will die or something bad will happen to you!

It's a horrible feeling.

What makes it worse is you feel ashamed, stupid and your afraid to tell anyone what you are going through, because you're afraid they will get the butterfly net and hall you off! In most cases even if you told them there's no way that you could make them understand.

Those that have been on a plane fixing to crash or been in some other critical situation would understand. They would understand because that's the same feeling you get with a panic attack except there is NO critical situation.
In addition I found the event would repeat it's self over and over in the same circumstance, such as every time I would go to the same store.
If you are having panic attacks the good news is there is help for you. Get in touch with your doctor and discuss what you are going through. Everyone is different what might work for me might not for you. Your health care provider can help you find what is best for you.
I can tell you this no one has ever died of a panic attack you just (Think) you are going to. They are scary and aggravating but just know you won't really die. I've listed in the Get Help Now up at the top right of the side bar some URLs that might help you out.
To your good mental health,
Susan
