A Depressed Love One Above Approach
So many times you might not know a loved one is depressed that's bad enough, but when you know something is wrong and you are afraid to ask because you know they don't want to confide in you it's horrible.
I wish I could just reach out to these people and say, "Talk to your family because no one has your back like family."
When you look at someone you love so much and you know by their actions, attitude or just plain see it in their eyes something is off it about kills you to not reach out because you know they won't talk to you about it.
You feel so helpless, you feel afraid because you don't know what's going on in their minds or how serious it might be, when if they would open up you might be able to help.
I'm not sure what causes some people to back off from questions about what's going on within them. Maybe, it's fear of rejection, ridicule, embarrassment or as simple as thinking their family might not understand.
What ever the reason, those that won't talk with family maybe missing a great opportunity for a support system you might not realize could be of great help to you.
One because they love you and two because you never know who in your family might have already been through whatever is bugging you.
There's no shame in Depression or confusion,
